Irwin M. Kroskin, Architect, LEED Ap

Irwin is President and Principal-in-Charge of Kroskin Design Group PC Architects. He has 46 years of experience in the field of architecture. Mr. Kroskin has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia. He is a registered Architect in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland and Georgia. He also holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). During his 46 years of experience, he has been responsible for a wide variety of projects and is thoroughly familiar with all Government agency criteria. He devotes 25% of his time to administration and 75% to production, coordination, and specification writing. His involvement in the Quality Assurance Program is closely coupled to his specification writing. Keith Kindler, Project Manager

Keith has been with the firm since February 2002. He became an Associate with the firm at the end of 2007. He has 25+ years of experience in the field of architecture and is currently taking the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). His education includes undergraduate studies at Old Dominion University (1977-1980) and Hampton University (1985-1986). Russell Ludwig, Vice President for Construction Services

Russ joined Kroskin Design Group in January 2008 and was promoted to Vice President of Construction Services in 2009. His extensive background in construction management gives him the skills to successfully keep projects within budget and ensure quality control. He takes a concrete approach to managing all daily activities and focuses his efforts on each U.S. Department of Defense project at Kroskin Design Group. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in construction and project management including residential, commercial, healthcare, governmental and international work. rludwig@kdgpc.com

Tracey De Boer Cad Specialist tdeboer@kdgpc.com Tracey has been with the firm since January 2000 and has 14 years of experience in the field of Architecture.	Rhonda Emerson Accounting Manager remerson@kdgpc.com Rhonda joined Kroskin Design Group PC in August 2007. She brings with her the experience of 25 + years of construction accounting for residential and commercial projects, property management, and general accounting for corporations and partnerships. It was during this prior experience that she began a working relationship with KDG, making the transition from client to employee a smooth one. As the Accounting Manager for the firm her responsibilities range from the day to day accounting responsibilities and executive support through fiscal year-end preparations. Since her arrival at KDG she has also become involved with the firm's marketing efforts.
Eric Rueger Intern Architect, also serves as Cad Manager, Computer Administrator, and Web Master erueger@kdgpc.com Eric has been with the firm since March 2007. He graduated in December 2006, from Hampton University with a First Professional Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Eric also has some background in electronics and electrical engineering.	Michael Newton Construction Administrator mnewton@kdgpc.com Mike supports the construction administration process at Kroskin Design Group PC and is the in house cost estimator. He joined the firm in July of 2009 and has 6 years of experience in construction management providing him with essential skills for renovation and new construction projects.

She is one of the newest members of Kroskin Design Group PC Architects and brings with her Specsintact program experience, having taken the course and working with the program for several years. She has 10 years of experience working in the field of Architecture.
