KROSKIN DESIGN GROUP PC (KDG) Architects believes that every housing project presents a challenge to satisfy one of the basic needs of all people. Project types have included single and multifamily as well as specialized housing for the elderly, physically handicapped, and developmentally disabled. Whatever the type, the opportunity exists to provide secure housing, economical construction and an attractive addition to the community. Kroskin Design Group believes that these objectives can be accomplished in a manner which is profitable to the developer and the architect.

Capabilities

Kroskin Design Group PC Architects has designed in excess of 12,500 housing units during the past 44 years. We completed over 4,500 units for one of our clients. We are familiar with financing techniques from many sources, including DHUD, FmHA, VHDA/DHCD, and conventional lenders.
