Irwin Kroskin is President and Principal-in-Charge of Kroskin Design Group PC Architects. He has 46 years of experience in the field of architecture. Mr. Kroskin has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia. He is a registered architect in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Georgia. He also holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. During his 46 years of experience, he has been responsible for a wide variety of projects and is thoroughly familiar with all Government agency criteria. He devotes 25% of his time to administration and 75% to production, coordination, and specification writing. His involvement in the Quality Assurance Program is closely coupled to his specification writing. He also coordinates the efforts of all consultants with a strong emphasis on communications and adherence to schedules.
Preston B. Basnight, Architect
Preston Basnight is Vice President and a Principal of Kroskin Design Group PC Architects. He has 40 years of experience in the field of architecture and is a registered architect. Mr. Basnight has a broad range of experience in housing, corporate, institutional, governmental, commercial, and educational type projects. His experience includes production of contract documents, construction inspection, shop drawing reviews and contract administration. He has a thorough understanding of government design criteria and construction methodology.
